Conditions for using DC Web & PC Consulting, LLC services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the web design, computer repair, and IT support services operated by DC Web & PC Consulting, LLC.
DC Web & PC Consulting, LLC provides website design and maintenance, computer repair, network and Wi‑Fi setup, managed IT support, and related technology services. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements/quotes.
Payment schedules are defined in your specific project proposal. Generally, a retainer or upfront deposit is required before campaign commencement. Late payments may result in a pause of service or suspension of ad campaigns.
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to devices, systems, websites, and accounts required for DC Web & PC Consulting, LLC to perform its duties. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided.
Unless otherwise agreed, website designs, documentation, and other deliverables produced by DC Web & PC Consulting, LLC remain the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment. Underlying methodologies, software tools, and internal processes remain the property of DC Web & PC Consulting, LLC.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the client contract (typically 30 days). Outstanding balances for work performed up to the termination date shall be due immediately.
